    In the past, all I focused on was running, and Big 3 - style strength training. I've been away for awhile due to injury and surgery (not exercise related, but I wanted to keep my body under as little stress as possible while healing and recovering while working full-time and going to university part-time). When I go back, I'd like to organize my program into an alternating block of weeks of strength training focus, followed by a block of weeks focused on hypertrophy/bodybuilding. Always keep running though.

    The problem with this is you are comparing apples to oranges. This gym set up is amazing no doubt BUT it’s A) much more space consuming then the last review of major fitness and B) 4x the price for this whole set up compared to the last. congrats on a total upgrade but for the price and the space the major lutie is still a really solid option.

    Here are some corrections to the video. I calculated the figures with supplementary work added to the main work. - First Set Last: 45 reps at avg. 64% 1RM. - Boring But Big: 70 reps at avg. 52% 1RM. - Boring But Strong: 70 reps at avg. 62% 1RM. - Second Set Last: 40 reps at ~71% 1RM. - 5x5/3/1 with FSL: 50 reps at avg. 62% 1RM (with 80% training max). And these are only the figures for the first cycle of the program. As you increase the training max over subsequent cycles, the percentages slowly creep up towards higher %1RM, whereas with the RPE training it will remain a constant %1RM if RPE is held constant. Furthermore, you would do extra easier assistance work on top of this, 25-50 reps of pushing, pulling, and core work, which were not counted by Alan.

    Well I do ass to the grass squat, and deep as hell. But I literally sit 2-3 seconds before getting back up, so can I still keep on doing so deep because I am not bouncing?
